Of making many books there is no end and too much study wearies the mind...and that includes the brain says the teacher...King Solomon, the wisest and the richest ever.

The above sentence has prompted such controversial debate and many more from one Perfect master to one Philosopher to the Professor of 'know it all' and another, the desire to pursue an end to one knowledge and the other...the wheel in which all conflicts of purpose and opinion is stringed upon, an excessive quest for what you don't know and its conclusion.

I am going to write the little I know about this controversy as simple and plain as the bible will put it. Other arguments that might ensue will only be subject to biblical authoritative explanation of such controversies as not only heresies but the ranting of a foolish man conceited of self-destructive knowledge.

In the first visionary account of the Mormons, it quotes "The Lord did send His angel to Joseph Smith and informed him that he should not join any of the religious sects of the day, for they were all wrong"

What happened? Mr. Joseph Smith was engrossed seeking an end to the truth...a confirmed truth or its exact. Then in his inquisitiveness, a medium appeared to him...because all curious people must get an answer. When the 'holy angel' appeared, Joseph inquired which of all these denominations was right and which he should join, referring to various revivalist churches that was springing up in his time, and was told they were all wrong."...All of them!

This, I presume is the origin of all conflict of truth. From the wisdom of Charles Darwin and the monkeys, to all self acclaimed atheist and postmodern heretics, the endless search for knowledge and answers beyond man's average apprehension.

Without digressing, all this racket about one Mary Magdalene being a prostitute and the facts hidden in one lost history book or coded in one 'Leonardo Da Vinci's painting and Jesus getting married or never walked on water and the facts hidden in one Gnostic Gospels with some of his children somewhere in France are nothing but an academic entertainment and philosophic exercise of some group of eggheads conceited of what they claim to know better than others through excessive inquisitiveness...then out of the weakness of their mind due to excessive study they draw up a proposition and put it up in the media...and all gullible people out there buys the idea, and like all ideas, another debate ensue...the debate between what is right or wrong,the debate between what is true and what is false,the conflict of beliefs of the likes of Joseph Smith.

This is how we come about such heretical controversies of one Mary Magdalene being a prostitute, Jesus concubine 'perhaps' and Jesus getting married and having children or never walking on water. Somebody wants to continue from where the bible stops...and he said; 'No' this is wrong sentence or 'this is an incomplete sentence...I am a Professor of this field and that knowledge...I must find out the end of this or that...

The story of one Mary Magdalene:
They are over thousands of volumes written about this particular lady, the sinner, the prostitute and the disciple that follows till the end. One earliest account tells its own story of a great discovery somewhere in Upper Egypt;

"On a cold, moonlit night, Mohammed Ali al-Samman and his brothers sheathed their knives and set off from the desert village of Nag Hammadi to avenge their father’s murder, stopping en route to fill their sacks with mineral fertilizer from the great caves at Jabal-al-Tarif, a mountain honeycombed with hiding places. While digging through the soft soil, they discovered an earthenware jar a meter tall. Once Mohammed's lust for booty trumped his fear that the jar might contain a jinni, he break it and found 13 papyrus volumes, bound in leather, comprising 52 Coptic translations of sacred texts from the early Christian era, including "previously unreleased" gospels attributed to the apostles Thomas and Philip, and, most surprisingly, abundant references to the special status of Mary Magdalene. Once these fragile manuscripts had made their way through the black market into the hands of biblical scholars and archaeologists there was no question of authenticity, only of orthodoxy"

From the above account it is evidenced that someone who probably might have studied so much beyond his average brain capacity 'biblical scholars and archaeologists' decided to make a public view of their inebriation...knowing more than anyone else about 'acclaimed hidden facts and absolute truth' as a scholar then he decided to circulate his findings to prove his intelligence.

There was relief for all curious minds and of course those that fault the supremacy of 'any' God or HIS existence.

It made "news" ...and because the media is full of what the people want to hear...this false testimony spread till date! Why... Like I said earlier, every curious mind must get an answer. Authenticity of any claim is out of the question...people want answers to where all the specie of monkeys come from and as long as somebody is ready to link their curiosity with what they would love to hear, "The black man and the monkey could be brothers"

I have read through my Bible, the book of Luke chapter 7:verse 36 specifically, the title of the last paragraph of that chapter says Jesus anointed by a sinful woman; I did a sketchy run down and another detailed word by word study of those verses to number 50.

The sinful woman's name was never mentioned as Mary Magdalene, she did washed Jesus feet and kissed it, Luke 7:45 and Jesus said 'her many sins has been forgiven for she loved much" the argument that follows after this ended 'Your faith has saved you, Go in peace! Mary Magdalene was introduced in the next chapter 8:3 where a group of women who have been cured of evil spirit and certain diseases and it says; they were attending to the disciple's welfare from their own means...not hopping around men's bed!

There is no indication in the text that the unnamed woman is Magdalene, but traditional storytellers have linked her with Magdalene and this crap keep selling.

Mary Magdalene is one of the female figures in the New Testament that attended to Jesus ministry. Much of what is written about her in the gospels could be seen in Mark 15:40, she and another women watched from a distance when Jesus was crucified, saw where Jesus was laid. 15:47. 16:1-8. Anoint Jesus body...and besides, there were up to 7 Mary's in the New Testament alone and they all participated in Jesus Ministry as disciples.

However, it is in the book of John 20.10-18 and the last account of the Mary Magdalene-Jesus relationship that I figure, had in no doubt inspired all this 'mumbo-jumbo' of trying to continue from where the Bible stopped. Somebody want to know why did Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalene first then out of his curious mind...he posits; 'they must have something secret in common; In his curiosity and inquisitiveness he dug up an answer and titled it:

The Gnostic Gospel according to Mary Magdalene:
in which it states: from Chapter 5) Peter said to Mary, Sister we know that the Savior loved you more than the rest of woman. 6) Tell us the words of the Savior, which you remember which you know, but we do not, nor have we heard them. 7) Mary answered and said, What is hidden from you I will proclaim to you. 8) And she began to speak to them these words: I, she said, I saw the Lord in a vision and I said to Him, Lord I saw you today in a vision. He answered and said to me, 9) Blessed are you that you did not waver at the sight of Me. For where the mind is there is the treasure.

And though the Gnostic Gospels do identify Mary Magdalene as having "a unique spiritual kinship with Jesus", there's no suggestion that the relationship was sexual, much less that it produced offspring. This is a canard derived almost wholly from an earlier piece of sensationalistic pseudo-history"... Stephan Hoeller...the founder of the Gnostic society himself made this statement...What a confused people!they know the truth and yet polluting the whole world with fables.

The Da'Vinci Code:
Movie maker, Dan Brown is certainly one creative 'hell raiser' with his screenplay debut 'The da vinci code'coined from Leonardo da Vinci famous Master-Piece "The Lord's Supper".
I watched this movie twice and I bet you the main theme is 'crass confusion and distraction of the simple' to distract a blind man from seeing the light and confusing the mind of kids with fables and lies of the devil.
In his own word, he said; "the da' Vinci code' has some hidden message about Christ and his wife Mary Magdalene". Then, everyone is crazy hell bent to see the 'hidden message'...Anyway, this is what sells in the media, put a nude photograph of yourself in the papers, get a chunk of fame...and money too, Dan Brown sure knows how to make his money from telling imaginary stories! After all 'suspense' is the most valuable tool of a storyteller...some hidden message indeed!

Someone is trying to analyze the work of a dead artist 'Leonardo Da Vinci' and out of 'stupor' of an overworked brain, he put his 'foolishness' on paper and because that's what will sale in the media it becomes a news!

1st. the 'Mr. Know it all' said Leonardo Da Vinci hides secrets in his paintings and was head of a secret religious sect called 'The Priory of Sion' an ancient mysterious group whose mission was to keep the big secret that Jesus had offspring and still existed.

2nd 'Mr. Professor Know it all' was trying to do a critique review of 'The Last Supper' one of Da' Vinci's most famous paintings that has generated so much controversies and Mr. Professor said;
(a)"The figure next to Jesus in the painting isn't John as most people think but Mary Magdalene...he looks like a woman"
(b) "Jesus and John (Mary) form the letter 'M' in the way they are sitting in the painting which indicates (M)arriage or (M)ary"

The confusion of this reviewer's mind is even very glaring... I wish Leornado da Vinci is alive to save his masterpiece from this hellish interpretation!

Yet findings have revealed that The Priory of Sion was made up and the documents that follows proven to be fake, yet it is still selling.

And besides, I am an artist, all the studies we have done on Leonardo da Vinci shows that he was a talented artist and it ends there, the guy even died poor!

The Jesus that got married; had children and never walked on water:
Well, depending on which angle you view your story and pitch your bias on. There are over 1000 'Jesus' all over the world...some did have more than 20 children, they're all dead and rot in the grave with some still alive, Robert Philips Jr. decided to replace his name with Jesus Christ for whatsoever reasons best known to him and I believe he is still battling with the court authorities in West Virginia why they wouldn't put that name on one of the properties he bought sometime ago

This is another work of an 'overworked brain;
"The New Testament story describes Jesus walking on water in the Sea of Galilee but according to a study led by Florida State University Professor of Oceanography Doron Nof, it's more likely that he walked on an isolated patch of floating ice."

The Professor who made that statement above even went as far as creating a diagram of how Jesus had walked on ice and not water, he put it on the Internet and some gullible minds believed him...I wonder why some of this scholars hasn't gone to the sun to prove that the bible is made up and there is no God.

Anyway, my bible has summarized all this airy debate and 'air heads' this way;

"Where is the Wiseman, where is the Scholar, Where is the philosopher of this age...has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world" for since the world through its own wisdom does not know God, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. 1st Cor: 1;20-21"

The problem is someone conceited of too much of what he thinks he know has been bent on setting ablaze the minds of the simple...This is a devil's strategy of corrupting the minds and doing more harm to our society...Christianity certainly has shaped our world to what it is today you may refute that, but one thing is certain, without Jesus Christ, life could have been damn miserable more than what you think it is now.

So, whether you believe or not, it doesn't stop God from being who HE is, all this necessary arguments is nothing but blind perversion from the true cause of peace...Jesus Christ! Ask a repented drug addict or anyone who was delivered from a terrible past by the mercies of our Lord Jesus Christ what his experience is like and listen to him, I have many on my list here...Jesus gives peace and healing of the mind.

In Africa, we love Jesus and, we hold him dear and wouldn't debate his supremacy that's why you might think we are fools (1st Cor.1:20-22)even before this same people who are confusing themselves with one endless and useless story came to perform all those magic, we hold our 'Chi ukwu' (Almighty God) in high esteem and may I stop with this:

"God never forces himself upon us or works in us beyond what we are willing to allow him to do. But the moment you give in to those craps from the media about a supreme loving God and Jesus Christ the saviour of mankind, you're sure bound on a frustrated and fruitless end.
